Declaration for First Child / Girl Child

Hi ,

As per the Admission Guidelines of DPS Dwarka , Adarsh World School & Maxfort School Dwarka, Self Declaration has to be submitted for First Child or Girl Child.

No where it is mentioned that it should be on Bond Paper or any affidavit should be submitted, but the format as per Admission Nursery Website, it should be on Bond Paper & with Affidavit.

Can anyone suggest whether it should be Self Attested or Affidavit ?

u have to get it made on a 10 rupee paper from the notary public, they hv the format with them.

but i suggest u to wait for a day or two before as yday's DOE notification says that no points should be given to first child or to girl child...schools may change their admission criteras.
