Amit, I was an alumni of cambridge and was still not able to get admission for my son whereas all other schools gave liberal points to alumni & sibling leading to their success..haha..my parents made a mistake by sending me to Cambridge where I studied from prep (can you believe it?)..at that time DPS EOK was in tents and my parents didn't want me to study in a tent :P

Sumitji, please advise what should be the best course of action now as waiting for the next year will only give similar results for KG too...Also, what do you think about Global Indian Intl school as I mentioned earlier..

THE CRITERIA FOR ADMISSIONS ARE RIDICULOUS. THEIR IS NOT SINGLE CRITERIA FOR PARENTS EDUCATION. THE only CRITERIA ARE GIRL CHILD, SPECIAL NEEDS, DISTANCE, HANDICAPS, EWS.. AND THEN THE AMAZING LOTTERY SYSTEM. YES THATS ALSO IMPORTANT. BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU DONT LEAVE ANYTHING FOR GENERALS.
I MEAN, WHY ADMISSIONS ARE SO DIFFICULT. I AM A DOC AND MY HUSBAND AN MBA. WHY THINGS ARE DIFFICULT FOR GENERAL PUBLIC ONLY. STILL MY CHILD DOES NOT MEET THEIR CRITERIA AND HENCE LESS POINTS.
