Shalini Gupta Ji, I can understand your feelings, but at the same time, don't you think that will lead to some other decision which will affect someone and that someone will again file for a stay on that. This is really pathetic for majority.
In my view, Mr. LG is the person responsible for this drama causing trauma due to these guidelines leading to initially overjoy for parents but in the end lots of anguish and distress for the parents.
But fault is also of our parents who did not respond on the onset of these guidelines.
Schools should not be held responsible for this year's nursery admission because they have followed court/doe notifications. We are the parents who stood against those notifications. Now the same situation is again expected as you said in your comment. To me, we should respect the judiciary and support with our knowledge - the government, judiciary and the schools as well by keeping away our personal interests.
We can bring change only if we think big and help bringing true the concept of our h' court words, equality before law. Someone has to sacrifice something for the sake of benefit of the mass. Then only the system can be improved. In the end, my suggestion is to start 2 shifts in these sought after schools and hold govt. schools responsible for their accountability to bring results at par with private schools to some extent.

Tanwar ji thanks for understanding, and for thinking big , government should be asked to investigate fully the transfer cases and not to run away from their accountability for the order issued earlier,
Instead what we did is ,we enjoyed transfer point cancellation, what about those 20% people who are genuine transfer cases.
and what great about siblings , the admission was done 2-10 years back when rule was different , how can that admission be compared to new ruling.
I think we should let it be indefinite lets take the baggage outside the court only
In any ways no parent is satisfied, for those whose wards were selected its a black day,
for those wards were not selected , the day can be black any moment.
but yes the day is always good for sibbling / alumini. why they be spared

Now, time has come to move to court and appeal for deletion of points against Sibling and Alumni.
There should be draw for all.
However, if Sibling point exists, then preference should also be given for First Child.

Enough is enough. Now, it is time to treat all children equally - no additional points for sibling, alumni, transfer, etc. No guaranteed admission for EWS also. Put everyone in the draw list and select the candidates. If the selected child is from EWS socio-economicbackground, let the school extend the financial benefits applicable for EWS.
