The distance from our place for DPS (10km) is more than APJ (6km), which can be quite overwhelming for a 3 yr old child. Very confused.

Its your call had it been, 1-2 Km vs 10km i would have suggested APJ. Moreover You never know when APJ PP results would be out.

A. Dates & Time for Admission Formalities
20th February (Tuesday) and 21st February 2018 (Wednesday) - 8.30 AM to 2.00PM
B. Parents to carry:
1. Original & copy of following Documents for Verification:
a. Date of Birth Certificate of the Child issued by any Competent Authorities
b. Proof of Residence (any one)
i. Ration Card {Issued in the name of Parent (Mother/Father) having name
of child}
ii. Voter I-Card
iii. Passport
iv. Aadhaar Card
v. Electricity/Water/Phone bill (In the name of any of Parent or Child)
vi. Rent Agreement (Registered)
c. Proof of Sibling (Current Fee receipt of sibling).
d. Proof of Alumni (XIIth Passing Certificate).
2. Two Passport size photographs of the child
3. Passport size photographs of Father and Mother.
4. Certificate of Medical Fitness from a registered medical practitioner
5. Rs. 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only)as part payment towards fee. Cash
/ Demand Draft in favour of “Bloom Public School” payable at New Delhi (To
be deposited at School Office after verification of documents).
Note: Admission open latest till 21st February 2018, 2.00 PM. No claim for
admission will be considered thereafter.
