u can login with ur userid n password to obtain receipt

Thanks for the reply Deepika Sharma & Dr Poonam.

As per GBS Instruction "The acknowledgement receipt would contain a user-id & password". so i don't have userid.

I'll try on IE.

Yes, the site is hanging a lot. PL try again using internet explorer and not google chrome. Also turn off pop up blocker

Hi Vmohan,

Yes you need to submit hard copy of form with document specially checking this document (Medical fitness certificate of the child from a registered medical practitioner) at school.
