In Gurgaon - Difference between categories of schools - DPS, DAV and Suncity, Lotus Valley, Shiv Nadar

I want my daughter admission for CBSE Board in Gurgaon.

I would really appreciate, if anybody can help me with the difference between two categories of schools - DPS, DAV and Suncity, Lotus Valley, Shiv Nadar kind of schools? Is there the only difference of infrastructure (Bus, Classrooms airconditioned) or any other difference?
