Difference in mother's surname

Thank you for the quick reply. However I also wanted to confirm that my name on our daughter's birth certificate is my married name and on my Aadhar card it's my maiden name. Does that really make a difference. We have passports already though for the three of us.
Can we just submit my husbands Aadhaar and address proof rather than giving mine. Will that be alright?

You can submit the address proof for father only unless schools ask for both. Mother's surname doesn't matter in BC.
