Disadvantage group

Can anyone please clarify that how the schools will discriminate between disadvantage group and ews?As both the categories have been given 25%seats.Will my child under disadvantage group get her right or will she not get any advantage being special kid like last year?

Both will come under one 25% quota and no discrimination between 2 groups.
