disadvantage groups

I belong to scheduled caste ...submitted forms in disadvantage as well as in general in same schools but schools are telling they reject forms....they said you can apply only in one catagory either disadvantage or general... Maam what can i do now if they cancelled all my forms now

File a complaint with DOE.
