Do DG need to submit forms phically as well after filling online?
Do DG need to submit forms physically as well after filling online? Can I apply both in general and DG category. Will my application will be rejected if I apply in both General and DG category as many schools written that only single form will be accepted? Please suggest.?

Can apply in both category. If any schools object file a complaint with DOE. Just online registration.
