Wait till Monday . lets see the final order .
That is politically correct answer let's wait.
But if the words of Supreme Court are that fence sitters (i.e those who did not file PILs) would not be accommodated is an amazing slap in the face of general public who thought that justice is done for everyone.
Normally, fence sitters have two options, what was our other option? Not getting our child admitted anywhere?
It is like while every one is drowning and shouting for help (through social media, forums, etc) ladder would be thrown to only those who gave written request. Amazing justice.
I am totally agree with you. It is against righ of equality. The statement by Supreme Court is really amazing. It means the wrong has been done to IST candidates but it will consider only the people who has approached court. Did not expect such statement from apex court.
I totally agree with Jyoti
