Do parents need to be mandatorilybe present on draw date

Hi both me and my wife are working and it is not possible for us to be present on the draw date for every school we have applied.I want to know will the draw be held amongst only the parents available at time or the entire shortlisted list

 Not in all but some school might insist .so check the instructions
