Hi Jyoti ji,
Some schools like DPS RK Puarm ask for an undertaking signed by both parents for autheticity of claiming 1st Born Child.
Pls also see this thread for knowing more about affidavit.

Should we keep all the photocopies attested by a gazzeted officer, Plz suggest

Hi Jyoti ji,
Its good to have enough nos. of copies attested in advance. Some schools ask for self attested and some demand for such attestation from gazzetted officers.So pls better to be prepared.

Please let me know,do we need to attached parent's educational qualification certificates along with admission application forms.

if school ask specifically for these educational certificates then only it is required.

earlier somebody wrote that the affidavid has to be from first class magistrate.

not in most of the schools ,i would say very few !!

We got the passport of my husband endoresed today with the current address in Vasant Kunj. The current address is now mentioned on a page of the passport with endoresement from Passport office.
I think this should be ok now.
