Only few schools ask for vaccination chart and photocopy will do. But most of the schools ask for medical fitness certificate.

Do we need to have an orignal medical certificate for each school we apply for.( At the time of applying) or an attested M.Cert. will work & also do we need to have a seprate immunization/vaccination Cert. from doctor this is in addition to vaccination chart.

Generally original medical certificate is required to submit at the time of admission. so you can keep zerox attested copy in case any other school asks at the time of application.

Can i got medical certificate n single girl child certificate done rite now. schols demand these at d time of submiting forms or only shortlisted candidates require dem

You can get medical fitness certificate and affidavit for only child done right now. School demand this while submitting the forms. But wait for guidelines from DOE.
