Documents Require for Nursery admission(birth certificate)

Hi, 

Can someone tell me wheather school require Origional copy of child's birth certificate or xerox of certificate(self attested) is enough?

While submitting application a Copy of BC/ self-attested BC will do. But  selection list will come in different dates and schools give very little time option and you have to block seat in different schools. So you may need more no. of original BC's. So better apply and get it.
