I think no schools ask for uploading documents instead you have to submit at school or schools may call for verification.

Can i mak 1 Afidavid 4 only girl child.rather dan 3 afidavids 1.first child2.only child3.girl child.plz reply

Since first child and only child category points are no more in guidelines no need to make affidavit for those. I think affidavit may not be needed for girl child too since in birth certificate male or female will be mentioned. Wait tills schools comes out with document requirements.
