Do some thing about Sardar Patel Vidyalaya ......

imran

Exception from High court,Minority .nothing can be done

Exemption from High Court is only for EWS category, that SPV is not under that LG order, in which Schools were asked to reserve 25% seats, SPV got relief ... since in their Lease there is no such clause of Freeship etc. I have sent order copy to Mr. Vohra ( to analyse further ...)

SPV comes under linguistic minority institution.

For Transfer Cases... as a person is getting the child admitted in Nursery and its not a Mid-Year transfer, giving them preference over Locals is not Justified.

Just because someone is posted in Delhi in last 6-8 months, and the child needs admission in Nursery, it doesn't make him more needy to get admission of the child.

Nursery admission has nothing to do with transfer posting.

Is it true, we can fill form of only one springdales branch either pusa road or kirti naga
Ys..The one which is nearest

Great work being done by AN team! Cant find words to say thanks.

Thanks Sandeep for the kind words.

I have 2 suggestions:

1. Schools must declare the cutoff at which all candidates scoring say 75 points are selected.

For eg.: A school has say 200 seats, out of which 150 seats are for general category, now if suppose they receive 50 applications for 75 points and above, those are surely granted admission, and the draw of lots shall happen for the remaining 100 seats.

2. When they put up list of selected candidates, it be made mandatory that points should also be mentioned in a column in front of candidates' names.

tagore school vasant vihar says ..child must be residing in area for last one year..no other school has this clause..its a government area..rkpuram moti bagh..what if u got a government flat 6 months back?u cant apply?its unfair..no other school has this cap on period of residence..someone please clarify
