Did you try between 10 am -5 pm on working days ( As few parents confirmed talking to helpline rest only one parent found it useful ).

See one more number in EWS/DG  notification.

Yes Ma'am,

I contacted in between 10 am - 5 pm on working days.

but no response & no help on these no, every time switch off / unreachable/ busy.

But after dialing this no say that "this no is not valid, please check your no"

It is strange because this no is in DOE Guidelines for admission of EWS/DG notification PDF file Published by DOE website.
