Does the Date of Birth Certificate require Picture?

My kid is 3+ years and I have the date of birth certificate that was given to me by MCD after birth. It does not have the name or photo of my kid. Do I need to renew it have the name and photo on the DoB certificate or the original certificate without name and picture will work for admissions.

Some schools do insist for name of child printed on B.C. but photo is not required

So get 4-5 original copies from authority with name printed issued
