Leading Question: Whether the waitlisted and unsuccessful candidates in Girls quota draw will be eligible for General quota draw?

Should be YES.. Its like all women can  definitely travel in general compartment of Metro if could not find a seat in Women's only compartment..

 

But DPS Dwarka appears to be following a different approach.. The waitlisted and unsuccessful candidates from Girls quota has been sealed.

They have followed right procedure. Waitlisted applicants will be considered for general draw if any.
