Dps mathura rd vs bluebells

If I have a choice btw dps mathura and say bluebells ..... Wud bluebells b better .... In terms of ways of educating and the crowd . I have heard dps is giving more n more seats to minority which is a vast cultural difference for my child if she has to spend 12. Years of her life there .
