dps mathura road askinf for name to be printed on birth certificate

My sons name is not printed on his birth certificate but dps mathura road s asking for name to b printed on birth certificate..pls help wht shld I do

you have to get it printed , we have informed this to eberone from last 4 years , pls see this

But sakshi dps mathura road forms are online...physical submission not there...what birth certifivate

So its online only no physical submission required

It requires physical submissions of the printed copy with documents.

as far as i confirmed from guard at gate is no physical submission of form till the 1st list in DPS, MR??

physical submission of documents is required only when u are selected, no need to submit documents at the time of applying. This is what my understanding is. Sakshi ji/latha ji/ vohra ji, pls help in clearing the confusion.

All parents who applied online for DPS Mathura Road, please note hard copy of the form is not to be submitted at the school (repeat) not to be submitted. DPS Mathura Road has asked parents to keep two copies of the online form for their record. In case their ward names figures in the lists to be displayed on different dates after 5th February, then hard copy of the form duly completed in all respect like photos, attested copies etc are required for physical verification purpose only.

Thus no tension of submission of form, just relax. Wait for various list to be displayed very soon from 7-2-2014 onward. Keep checking website regularly.
