DPS Noida - Gazetted Officer Signature Required?

Hi everyone - does the birth certificate for DPS Noida need to be attested by a gazetted officer. The form says self attested, but the mail we got mentioned gazetted officer attestation required. Would be great if someone can clarify. Thanks.
