DPS Noida - Pre Nur 25-26 admission - What is mean by 'Absent' status ?

Dear All,

I received an email on 9th aug that your ward has been shortlisted for the interaction. Please make a payment on the provided link by 11th aug to get a call for the interaction. I paid the registration fee on 10th aug and started waiting for my turn. When I didn't get any notification till 12th aug, sent an email to just to notify them that we are done with the payment and waiting for our turn. Again after 3-4 days when I checked the status it is showing 'Absent'. So I sent again a follow up email by attaching the registration fee receipt and payment info. So far no response. Can anyone has any idea on this? This is disappointing, why they are showing the status as 'Absent'?

GM Parents,

Today I called front office of DPS Noida. One lady picked up the phone, when I asked her politely , why status is showing as 'Absent' despite of doing all the formalities on time. We didn't receive any notification/emails/call regarding interaction. She mentioned it's updated on website only.

First of all this is not mentioned in the email. And I checked on daily basis after 12th Aug and continuously sent the emails. She told me we don't entertain emails and her pitch was also high. We are parents, we are paying fee for our children education. It's not something that schools are running charity. I am seriously concerned what kind of of human/social and moral values they will provide to our children. Anyway I am done with this school, but thought to write here to share my experience. School needs to change their monopoly system.
