Naveen, I disagree with you regarding rent agreement being online stamp papers. There are many persons residing in rented accommodation even w/out agreements. When they come to know it is required for admission or some other purpose, they can do so by mentioning the period of stay and it may be back date also. Like I am staying at a place without paper document since 1.6.2013 but when I came to know it is required, I will prepare rent agreement mentioning the date of stay, no matter it will be registered on the day it was prepared say Jan' 2014. It should not be challenged. Fakes if any will not be able to prove much more.

Apart from Appointment letters, Previous employment salary statements, bank statement, resignation letter and for international work permits or tax certificate can be shown.

Please check authenticity and veracity of the company. Also the transfer letter and relieving /appointment letter in case of 2 companies should be signed by an authorised person and the details to be furnished. School should check and verify the same . The person will have a Bank account where the salary is deposited in the previous place and the same can be shared . Residence proof has to be given of previous place.

mostly both set of parents may be getting transferred and not only the wife(or husband) getting transferred and husband (wife) is here before 01.01.2013. this needs to be verified because i am very sure that most of the fraudulent transfer cases will be of the wife(home maker/House wife) who may not be working also

More importantly DOE should come with a circular that any person found giving wrong credentials/proofs may be booked under IPC for fraud and cheating and their ward will not get admission in any school in Delhi. As i feel just cancelling admission in one school will not suffice.

why honest people should suffer for dishonesty done by others. It is high time that a strong message should go and future of the young ones should not be played with.

Check Two residence proofs First before transfer.. Second one after transfer.

Fix legal liability of the Employer by the means of an Affidavit in case false transfer certificates are issued.

Many applicants have faked distance criteria by writing - locality as 'near ---colony' which is within 8km, and then in address mentioning the real one which is beyond 8km. This is unacceptable, these should be disqualified. For eg- Locality Naraina, address Rajouri garden or Kirti nagar.

Pls look into this.

Ya i also saw such cases at 75 points where address is of model town and locality is Sant Nagar. Pls, Mr. Vohra talk regarding this matter to school authorities. They should verify the addresses.
