humnn.. here comes the twister, court has again issued a new guidelines to conduct new draws for all seats wherever the 5 transfer points were nullified.

Without going into the moral aspect of claiming transfer point, I feel that this is correct for those who were deprived of transfer point at later stage.

Finally, it brings to fore the BIGGEST issue: What this 'department of Chaos' is up to? To create even bigger chaos at every possible opportunity. They got it ABSOLUTELY wrong with Transfer points + alumni point.  Max what could had been done, if they really wanted to be generous with this group was, to restrict this privilege to a certain % quota. Next, ‘Department of ….’ had an opportunity to undo the mistake with the HC verdict of abolishing the transfer cases. Will the ‘learned’, ‘qualified’ babus in the ‘department of ……..’ will still wake up? Why on earth they cant see through the situation, even when people are crying horse on every given platform (social media, internet etc).

Without over simplifying the issue, all they had to do was to create a fair and just system where every one has an equal and transparent opportunity to send the kid to a good school thereby helping them turn good citizens and human beings.

And we are still in dilemma whether the recent order from HC will remain final. Now some more people will file plea and HC might issue another order..

Secondly, doe denied to issue fresh guidelines.. So whats next

@ Jatin - very good question 'so whats next'. Answer is, counter appeal and conter appeal to that counter appeal and so on so forth.

The Babus seating behind closed doors of the AC cabin at secretariat, moving in white ambassador and behaving with a thick air of babudum will not have to undergo any such strain because he is a 'babu' at GOI. Suffers the common man.
