What is the outcome of a draw? What does it mean if my child's name comes up in the draw? Does it mean an admission? What if the name doesn't come?

In simple word it means "Lottery".

When no of applicants are more than no of vacancies the Draw of Lots( DOL/Lottery/Lucky Draw) is done and selected candidate is given seat.
