Dear Applicants

The lists with the details of points allotted to each applicant for admission in Pre-School Class session 2020-21 were displayed on school website/ notice board on dated 10.01.2020. The applicants vide notice dated 10.01.2020 were also intimated to verify their points and the query, if any, be submitted to the school upto 13.01.2020. After resolving the queries so received from affected applicants and rectifying the discrepancies so pointed out, the final lists have now been displayed on school website/ notice board again today i.e. 16.01.2020.

The applicants who have scored 75 and above points (List-I) will be declared selected after verification of documents and for remaining seats, the draw of lot among applicants who have been allotted 70 points (List-II) will be held on 20.01.2020 at 11:00 a.m. in school premises. The interested parents may remain present and participate in the draw of lot.

Applicants with 90 points are selected for admission to Preschool.

DPS ROHINI

It is advisable to go through the list of points carefully before
Draw of Lots. Any change in the points will not be possible after
the Draw of Lots. Discrepancy, if any, should be reported via
email to nursery@dpsrohini.com by 12 noon, 18 Jan 2020.
 Draw of Lots for General Category will be held on Monday, 20
January 2020.
 9:00 a.m. for Nursery
Draw of Lots will be held for applicants at 55 points and 40
points separately for Nursery.
 12 noon for Prep
Draw of Lots will be held for applicants at 70 points and 55
points separately for Prep.
 12 noon for Class I
A separate Draw of Lots will be held for 70 points for Class I.
Kindly Note:
 Considering the space constraint, only one parent is expected
to report.
 The applicant’s parent should carry a valid photo Id. (Driving
Licence, Aadhaar card, Voter Id card, etc.).
 Gates will open for parents at 8:45 am.
 The first list of selected candidates (including Waiting List)
(along with marks allotted under point system) will be
uploaded by Friday, 24 January 2020.
 Verification of documents for the First List of selected
candidates will commence from Monday, 27 January 2020.

regularly for updates.
 All communication regarding the admission process will be
