Unfortunately, yes this is the list for this year. I tried to match few names from this list to the names in the DOE list. 

It Did.

Its really sad that the School itself mentioned in its Criteria that Draw will be held on 15th but they conducted draw yesterday. Also there was no prior information

Yes, it looks like they have completed the draw for all the 107 open seats. 

Was their any intimation regarding this draw? 

I suggest parents to call on the below given no.tomorrow and get some clarity of what has happened.

Good News Guys,

I have talked to VGS they said no such draw has been furnished. And the date of draw will be informed well in advance.

Also: That link is not working now :-)

But we must keep a screenshot of it to make sure no such same list is published. I mistakenly closed that tab. If anyone has that tab opened in their Laptop/Phone, please paste snapshot of it here. It will will be easier to check them if they do publish the same list.

I am not sure, but I guess you should check with that person, and confirm if they have received any post/pre information from the School, regarding their selection.
