My kid is Jan 2014 born is she eligible for nursery admission.

Yes your kid  is eligible for Nursery as no upper age cut off by DOE but many schools have put upper cut off of 4 yrs for Nursery.

my child is 31-03-2014 born ( will be 4 on 31-march) but Maxfort-D

warka refuse to accept his application. So,It depends on school.
