15% seats has to be allotted to EWS in minority schools which are built in Govt. Land.

thanks for reply, but the said schools namely mahavir senior model school rana partap bagh, montfort and mata jai kaur school ashok vihar are denying admission to EWS and Disadvantage groups however they are on the government land which was allotted by the concerned department at the concessional rates or free of costs

Jagminder, Admissions to only EWS will be given in minority schools which have got land on concessional rates . Disadvantage group is not included in these cases.

Tell us which school is denying you admission(Only EWS applicable)

thanks for immediate reply, i belong to OBC and i had contacted mahavir senior model school rana partap bagh, mont fort school ashok vihar but administration staff said that they are minority schools EWS and RTE act not applicable on them as per the order passed by supreme Court . Further submitted that i have also income certificate issued by concerned sdm office

First check out if the schools you mentioned come under this list of schools who were allotted govt. land

thanks, i have verified from the list from the concerned site provided by you and yes they comes in the list at searial no. 116NWA and 160 NWB. Now wether they are bound to give admission to the EWS and disadvantage groups in free ship quota.
