Hi Latha/Sakshi,

Till date no information about EWS and Disadvantaged group admission process by DOE and all school websites only share seat details but states it will be done by DOE. Can you help us in sharing the process/form/procedure how it will be further proceeded.

This year it will be centralised computerised admission process and every thing would be done by doe n not schools
As per dir doe will start from 1 jan along with gen cat..we will post confirming same newspaper article

This year the admission for EWS/DG  has been computerised or made online via registration by DOE. One need to register themselves on the DOE site; it has to be done carefully as once registered, the info cannot be changed. Post the registration, again fill in your address details carefully as the next steps related to choosing the schools would be based entirely on the distance from your residential address.

The DOE would do a computerised lottery on the registration done by the parents. They would then share the results with the different schools and instruct them to go ahead for the admission of the kids to their schools.
