The names appreared in the 1st list has been alloted with the seats and they were given 31st may to get admitted and i have also seeking for admission but i my child's name has not appearedin the 2nd list also.i want to know that if the parents whose children name appeared in the list unable to admit their child because of some reasons , is it possible to get seat on their place or any other way to get admission of my child this year.

No,seats are not transferable.

Yes Next list will come but when exactly only DOE can tell.

1400 plus schools will sent exact status as how many seats are left and it will take time (As 31th May was last date for 1st list) but not to worry , it will be on thousands.
