I have read the blog written by you in which it was written that parents who have not yet applied for the application can apply now. I have a doubt that if somebody have applied earlier this year have to apply again or the earlier application form is enough.
The person has applied for two seats have beem alloted two seats with registration no. 20180102068 naming NIKKI and another registration number is 20180107895.and with same father's and mother's name. The complaint must be done for the applicant.
