Hi Supriya,

I have a Question. My friend has filled the DG form and after filling all the details when she took the final printout the Aadhar number of her child was not showing. She is telling me that she has filled the Aadhar of her child for sure. Can you check your form if you can see the aadhar number your child on the form?

Also she wants to delete the DG form but she cant do.

Upon clicking the deletion link it gives 2 options

1.Request for deletion 

2. Delete the data EWS /DG admission.

Which one to choose ? This year the format seems to be different.

Yes Adhar nr showing on the front page.

First request for deletion fill the form and she will get OTP then go for deletion...

You mean even your kid aadhar is not showing on the front page ? Yours and your husband is showing ?

When we are filling request for deletion it says data not found ?

Now just my friend told me that after choosing all the schools she has not filled the final declaration ( that check mark box with the deletion) and i guess due to that when we are filling request for deletion it says data not found.

Is my understanding correct ?

One more thing we faced.. Yesterday in the morning when we filled the form.. the 0-1km school was not of our choice hence we didnt chose anything and move further.. but at night when we filled the refresh form they were not letting us go forward without selecting school.. and we had to chose and It was on Nr. 1 priority without of our Choice....:(

Hi Sakshi / Supriya / Arjun,

I have also check and the same problem of skipping the schools under 0-1km

Though parents have already raised this.

I have attached the word file with errors in these steps with the screen shots. This needs to be raised with DOE.

If this is not resolved on priority than DOE as per rule will first assign seat to the candidates under 0-1 kms even though the schools are not of that choice for parents.

P.S: Last year while filling the forms i did not faced such situation because my choice of school was under 0-1 Kms.

It is not necessary to chose otherwise they have not given the "RED" link of not to choose school.

@meenakshi No My kid and our ADhar card nrs are visible in form.

But without declration it must show the error. How they accept the form without declration..

Do you really think people get seats in this DoE lottery??

How many kids you know who get admission thru this lottery??

Yes kids do get seats.

I am one of them who got seat :)

Last year 2 of my friends also filled the DG form but unfortunately they did not got any seat. Guess its a pure luck.

If you can send me your email id i can forward the EWS DG results from last year for your reference. I cannot attach here as its a heavy file.

Also i need your phone number as well because one of my parent trying to delete the form but not able to do so. I suspect she has not filled the complete form. I will pass on your number so that she can call you if you are comfortable.
