Exceptional cases for admission

Can we apply for admission in KG or 1st Class for a 3.5 years old child as on 31st Mar 2017 if child is quite capable of KG class knowledge? Should the age really matter for such kid?

Min Age for KG is 4 yrs on 31 mar 2017 ( no other rules apply)

Few yrs back, a 10 yr old kid had passed 10th board exam in india keeping aside all the rules etc. We should raise such kids more.

rest i agree with you

But you can try ,no school takes less than 4 ys in KG
