I think anyone who's given power would behave like this. So the main thing to be done is take away their power from them. That will solve all problems.

Not sure about power. Last year when they had no power they were even more grumpy.

I think it is about basic human decencies which seem to be missing in our society today. Schools which should be preserving good behaviour seem to be the worst offenders.
