ADMISSION PROCESS FOR PRE-SCHOOL 2015-2016

DRAW OF LOTS FOR THE GENERAL CATEGORY APPLICANTS AT 45 POINTS

(21 JANUARY 2015)

Further to the registration process for admission to Pre-School under General Category held from 24 December 2014 to 07 January 2015 and verification of documents process of 111 applicants with 50 points & above held on 15 & 16 January 2015, there are 08 seats available for admission.

There are 2775 applicants with an equal score of 45 points and are eligible for the draw of lots for the available 8 seats. Draw of lots will be carried out for all these 2775 applicants to fill the available 08 seats.

List of 2775 applicants is appended below.

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS AFTER THE DRAW

 The document verification process for the selected 30 applicants after the draw will take place on Thursday, 22 January 2014 from 08:00 am to 10:00 am

 Parents are required to bring the following documents (original and one set photo copy) to be produced for verification.

o Birth Certificate issued by MCD or any other Competent Authority.

o Any two Proofs of residential address (Lease Deed/ latest paid Electricity/ MTNL Bill/ Electoral Card/ Driving License/Aadhaar Card/Ration Card/Passport/Bank Account).

o In case of rented accommodation, additional documents i.e. valid Rent Agreement, Affidavit on stamp paper as a self-declaration and letter from the President / Secretary of the RWA/ Managing committee confirming physical stay in the given address are to be submitted. School reserves the right to verify the residential address through home visits.

 Kindly note that documents verification process will take place only on Thursday, 22 January 2015.

 Submission of minimum of two proofs (listed as above) validating the claim of 40 points against place of residence is essential, failing which the candidature will be rendered ineligible.

 Not reporting for verification of documents on Thursday, 22 January 2015 will be treated as ‘unwillingness’ and the seat will be offered to the next eligible applicant.

 The list of selected applicants for admission will be displayed on the School Website and Notice Board on Friday, 23 January 2014 at 04:00 pm.

Avoid it... I know two known references in my office who have shifted their kid to some other school after one year.

When i went their to submit the admission form, Waooo was the first impression... But u must have heard "Hathi ke dant dekhane ke aur khane ke aur"

Sakshi mam can you please suggest - KR mangalam vikaspuri or GD Goenka Paschim Vihar? Had paid the fees in KR Mangalam yesterday and today my child's name is there in the first list of GD Goenka Paschim Vihar.
