facing issue in filling Father agnel vaisali form.please help

We are trying to fill father agnel,  vysali form bt facing issue. Either it shows wrong capcha or not accepting kids pic.

we succesfuly submitted once, but did not get any acknowledgement and SMS.

Please help if anybod has already submitted.

I experienced the same thing. Then i used "forgot user/password" option to verify whether my application went through, which wasn't actually.  So, I submitted a fresh application, this time on internet explorer with pop-up blocker turned off.  Soon after pressing "Submit" i received username/password along with the acknowledgement number.

hey it happens bcz captcha gets expired.once you fill the entire form, refresh the captcha...fill new one and submit..acknowledgement form will be generated.

no acknowledgement and smms means your form is not submitted successfully.
