The parents who used fake transfer certificates, should be penalized under forgery case .as the whole mess occurred because of these parents. and the entire system ,manpower, time of court and other parameters were effected..
This year PENALITY to these parents is MUST , otherwise next year same will happen again. there should be the fear of law. It is also seen that parents coming in CARS with costly  mobiles and jewellery demanding EWS forms.they should also be scrutinized and penalized.
