Hi ma'am

I was filling the fas noida online form for nursery. as i submitted the form  before i could get the userid and password, due to some backup issue my laptop get switched off . when i tried again to fill the form upon submission i got the response as data already exist. i dont know what should i do as neither i have the userid password to print the form nor i can go for another form. are they sending the userid and password on mail id or it is generated along the submission. i have also posted my concern to the school mail id(office@fasnoida.org) given. will you plz guide me what should i do.
