Dear Sakshi 

As per the circular of DOE (shared by you in one of the discussion forums here ) the school 'May retain the registration charges'. Some schools are charging registration fee which are high (more than 50,000) and  is non refundable. Also they are asking to deposit it before the result of most schools are declared. What can a parent do?
