Fee refund from Birla Vidya Niketan
Hi
Has anyone received a fee refund from Birla vidya Niketan post withdrawal of their kid from nursery????
They say they are waiting for DOE notification regarding the same....

The following fee refund notification is valid for this year also. Unless any new Govt Notification comes or gets modified the old remains valid.
Rest in case of any confusion double chk with DD office of your area.

I had admitted my ward in birla vidya niketan on 7 February and applied for refund on 8 March. Now they say that you are late by 1 day. Can’t refund your fees. I had deposited 43000. It’s insane. What should I do?

Same situation is with me , i have admitted my child in Chinamaya Vasant vihar on 15th Feb and withdraw the admission on 18th Feb still i am waiting for refund.i have submitted 30,000 and we visited 2 times every times they give new date.
ln the last visit they told us to come on 10th april
if still they will not refund the amount what action we can take pls suggest
