Fee refund policy

Please help me with fee refund policy for nursery admission cancellation

If a parent chooses to withdraw his child after the admission within a month, the school can retain the registration amount as well as the admission charges and tuition fee for that month only but it should refund all other charges within 15 days of the request made by a parent to a school.

Sure but this article is for The year 2015-16 so this will be applicable for this year as well or is there any change

Govt notification is valid till not amended or withdrawn.

This is very much valid for 2018-19 and cominh year

RTE  notification came in 2009, Hope now you will get my point.

Hey Mili.. If I remember correctly you opted for SVIS. right? Are you withdrawing from there? Checking since I am also getting another option.

yes, you just need to drop an hand written application there.
