FEE REFUND Very Important

Hello Sakshi Mam
Happy model school janak Puri had started the admission process in Feb.2017 begining and started calling the parents whoz child got selected and we also got a call and we took a risk and admitted our child in same on 4th Feb 2017 due to fear that if in case my child not got selected in other school on 7th March.And now since my child got shortlisted in other school as well so how can I take refund of my money from happy model school..Please advice...

I have seen within one month fees is refundable but it's more than one month,my daughter got admitted on 4th Feb in happy model but list of other schools is out on 7th March and now I ask for the refund so will happy model refund money back as it's more than one month
