Dear Parents who've put their child in Shalom hills INternational for preschooling or schooling,  pls share your experience .I just thoguth of this option for my 3 yr old...

Hi meenakshi

I have admitted my child for the next session in M2. I have heard good about this school . It has less student to teacher ratio which is very essential in initial years. Its a school which follows conventional teaching methods ( not like experiential learning) but employs child friendly methods.

Hello Meenakshi,

I have got my son admitted for the next session (M2) at the Nirvana branch.

Shalom Hills Nirvana- recently visited the school and still cant belive what i experienced....Fortunately i happened to visit the school primise when their annual day/dussera programme practice was going on...they way they were instructing the kids was too harsh then all of a sudden this "smartly dressed " teacher shouted in her highest pitch on a very small kid (must be younger to my son <3....) " Kitni baar bataya, samajh mein nai aata tumhen ,khade hue ho aise h" this incident have broken my faith in all gurgaon schools ..feeling so sad....how to trust school people and send my small child in their hands.....

On the other part, may be somewhere these actions might be negative responce towards parents expectation for their child...i know of parents they continuously insist and almost critisize school staff if their child isnt growing or performing in competition....I request parents pls respect n love what ur child do and learn, compelling and yelling cant do any good to a child, pls think of child's feelign rather than ur own social reputation as a parent. - Nothing to be taken personal jst a casual note.

its really sad to know about a school which I have good about.

children perform some days and wont when they are not feeling well. cant really take all these things seriously and shout at them. my son usually does well at school and one day during a function, he didnt perform at all as he was having fever. in fact even teachers were surprised as he was doing good during their rehearsals and so he was made to stand in the front. but tht day he didnt do even one step as he was not well. cant take all these things seriously.

Yup rajalaksmi it all depends on child's mood. U can't force anyone. Some time we also get angry at our child so its all situational. When Meenakshi visited school she might have got that impression.

have also heard SH teachers talking in very local and harsh manner...wonder why ?? They were very rude with loud mouth and were speaking in very cheap local language ..parents pls be careful
