filled about 20 school forms for admission in nursery and didn't get the name in any one of them

I filled about 20 forms of south Delhi schools for the admission of my daughter in nursery and didn't get selected in the first list nor in the waiting list. What shall I do? shall I wait for second list or try for management quota
