First Girl Child or First child

Is affidavit is required while filling the form to claim first born/Girl child. I have to fill lots of form if affidavit ir requires at time of form submission its very difficult to make to many affidavit.

Needed at the time of form submission. You have to make as per the schools requirement and how many schools you apply.

I am going to apply at least 7-8 Schools but the affidavit is not requires in all schools.

do we need to mention the school's name on the affidavit?is one affidavit sufficient or originals are to be deposited in the schools ?

School's name is not required unless if any school insist for it. Affidavit itself is a legal document and it should be submitted in original but before submitting you can ask if those schools accept copy of affidavit. Confirm with school and submit as required.
