GD Goenka Derawal Nagar / Model town

My child got selected in GD Goenka Derawal Nagar, however my first priority is Montfort Ashok Vihar. GD Goenka ppl are saying if you do cancellation after 13th feb your whole amount will be forfeited and montfort selection date is 9 Mar 15 what to do ?
