Also could u please confirm if second list which will be relased will include childrens who were in 1st waiting list or second list will be different.

Yes, Block any seat with fess and ask for Fee refund policy.

Normally schools call parents in WL if first list not filled.( School specific)

Then second list with come with remaining WlL parents.
